At Performance Running Institute, we strive to provide high-quality digital training and pacing plans. As all Products are digital and instantly accessible, no refunds or cancellations are permitted once a purchase has been completed.

1. Digital Product Policy

• All purchases are final upon payment.

• Refunds will not be granted for change of mind, accidental purchase, or lack of understanding of the Product description.

2. Exceptions Under Australian Consumer Law

Under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), consumers may be entitled to a remedy if a Product is faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose.
